现任安集微电子有限公司（下称“安集”）董事长兼CEO，安集合伙创始人。
王淑敏博士毕业于美国莱斯大学(Rice University)，取得化学博士学位，并在美国著名商学院(Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University)取得了EMBA学位。创办安集之前，其先后在IBM、嘉柏特等公司工作10余年，历任项目经理、研发经理, 资深科学家，及技术总监等职务。
在专业技术领域，王博士发表了十几篇论文, 包括全球著名期刊《科学》(Science)及《美国化学会誌》(J. Am. Chem. Soc.)，并在各类国际技术论坛和会议上发表演讲。同时王博士还是60项美国专利的发明者。
