Abstract

IoT’s Brief Evolution
l Evolved from Internet to Mobile Internet to today’s nascent IoT, from hardware centric to software centric, and back to hardware centric again
l The IoT is driven by human beings looking to improve productivities, and the need to have a better life
l Data collection, analysis and transport is the foundation for a better IoT experience. Sensorhub can do all if implemented correctly.
l Sensorhub’s Pros and Cons
A China based MEMS can have a fair share in the IoT Market
l Avoid competition on price and stay away from “me too”, deliver value instead
l Better understand your customers’ requirement, improve users’ experience will land you a position in the market
l A high performing solution (low power, better algorithm) still counts
l Avoid point solution, and focus on delivering a complete system level soluton (from silicon to service)
l MiraMEMS’ plan to address the IoT market
