讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Fengzhen Liu is currently a professor of College of Materials Science and Opto-Electronic Technology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has been engaged in research on photovoltaic materials and solar cells since 1998 and has published more than 70 related research articles. She has undertaken some research projects including National Key Basic Research Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Science and Technology Plan projects, and the Knowledge Innovation Project of the CAS, etc. and has achieved a series of innovative results in thin film growth mechanism, broadband absorption materials, and silicon heterojunction solar cells, etc. Now, her research interests include high quality and low damage transparent conductive oxide films, silicon/compound heterojunction solar cells and perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells. |
