Abstract:
Rich Ray, leader of Honeywell Electronic Materials’ Advanced Metals and Polymers business, will discuss the Internet of Things (IoT) and implications for the semiconductor industry, specifically semiconductor materials. In the discussion, Rich will provide an overview of the IoT and implications for the development and production of materials used for semiconductor manufacturing. He’ll identify the important capabilities that the IoT provides and highlight a fundamental transformation that is enabled, not just for what materials are required to drive the IoT; but how the IoT can be leveraged to overcome critical challenges facing the industry itself.
