讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Fang Ziwen is the General Manager of AIXTRON China. He joined AIXTRON in 2011 and has held various positions including process scientist, laboratory manager, marketing director, and Vice General Manager etc. He is well versed in the growth, characterization of MOCVD epitaxial materials for III-V compound semiconductors, including GaN-on-Si materials for power devices, SiC materials for power devices, GaAs/InP lasers and epitaxial materials for Mini/Micro LED display panel products. |
