Xiangshui Miao, is a full Professor and the school dean of Integrated Circuits at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). Prof. Miao is the director of the National Integrated Circuits Innovation Platform, the chief scientist of the National Advanced Memory Industry Innovation Center. He is also the director of the Joint Laboratory between HUST and Yangtze Memory Technology Corp., and the director of the Joint Laboratory between HUST and Huawei. Prof. Miao is vice chairman of the China Memory Industry Alliance, and vice chairman of the China 3D Integrated Manufacturing Industry Alliance. He has been engaged in the research and development of novel memory technologies, and won a National Technology Award in Singapore, two National Science and Technology Progress Awards in China.
