讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Steven Ting, Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellow of Peking University, a Characteristic Talent in Dongguan City, mainly engaged in the research of wide bandgap semiconductor materials. At present, he is the deputy director of R&D Center in Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., LTD (TYSiC), the director of Guangdong Third Generation Semiconductor SiC Epitaxial Materials Engineering & Technology Research Center, the director of Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center (of TYSiC), the expert member of Guangdong Semiconductor Industry Association, and the member of CASA Standard Committee. He has presided over 1 municipal science and technology project and participated in 9 national or provincial projects; authorized 23 patents; published 14 papers and 2 works; directed in drafting 1 national standard and participated in drafting 15 international, national or group standards. |
