讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Prof. Dr. Yaohua Mai received his PhD degree from Nankai Unverisity, China in 2006 after he finished his three years PhD research work at Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany. He co-founded Tianwei Solarfilms Co. Ltd, a thin film silicon solar module manufacturer in northern China in 2008 and held the position of chief technology officer in the next 6 years in this company. In 2016, he founded Institute of New Energy Technology at Jinan University, and acted as the director after he left Hebei University where he served as director of Institute of Photovoltaics for 3 years. In the past 20 years, Prof. Mai devoted himself to the research and commercialization of PV materials and devices, and published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers on Si based, chalcogenide and perovskite solar cells. Prof. Mai founded Mellow Energy, a perovskite module manufacturing company in Guangdong, China, in 2022, and became the chairperson. |
