Dr. Steve Chen established Tang Optoelectronics Equipment Co (TOPEC). in 2011 in Shanghai and has been a board chairman of director and CEO since then. Dr. Chen has worked in semiconductor and LED equipment industries for 25 years, has rich experiences on product R&D， product proliferation, and executive management. Dr. Chen had worked for Applied Materials in US 12 years and was a general manager of LPCVD division . In 2004, as one of key founders, Dr. Chen started up AMEC, was a board of director and executive vice president. Dr. Chen has over 50 US, Japanese, Euro and Chinese patents, had been awarded three times of Product Excellency and Innovation by Applied Materials.
As LED lighting production faces trenmendous pressure of cost reduction, deep UV application and GaN/SiC based power device enter production, MOCVD has become essential of technology and production advance. This presentation first summarizes performances of ProMaxy® under customer mass productions, then introduces the world highest productivity MOCVD product, ProMaxy® 168, which significantly reduces LED lighting production cost. In the presentation, TOPEC a newly developed product ProMaxy® HT is also briefly reported, which will enable deep UV and GaN-on-Si power device technology and production advance. | |
