Dongsan Li was born in Liaoning province of China in 1968. He was the director of North Microelectronic Company (predecessor of NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd) from 2001 to 2003. Then, he was promoted to be vice president of NAURA in April, 2003. He has published two SCI indexed papers and applied several patents for NAURA. His research interest includes automatic control technology and semiconductor etching based apparatus.
