Jara G. Santaclara obtained her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 2017, focusing on light-matter interaction. She joined Resist and Processing group at ASML 2 years ago to work on low-k1 enhancement techniques for 0.33 and 0.55 imaging (e.g. metal-containing resist, new mask absorber materials).
