个人简介 / Biography Ching-Liang Lin is currently the Deputy Director of PlayNitride Inc., a design house of Nitride-based devices and systems. Lin got his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from National Central University in 2003. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical and Materials Engineering from National Central University in 2008. The main research topic is GaN-based device design and measurement. Ching-Liang Lin join the startup company, PlayNitride Inc., in 2014. PlayNitride Inc., founded in 2014, is the first fabless Nitride-material-based design house in Taiwan, China. The company focuses on innovation and integration of Nitride-material-related technologies. |
