个人简介 / Biography Wen-Chung Lee received his PhD at University of Kentucky, KY, USA, in a major of materials science. His expertise is primarily focused on crystallography, dynamics of defects, and physics of semiconducting devices. Dr. Lee is acting as the CTO of Wafer Works Co. to be responsible technology-related missions for the company which is a wafer supplier ranked by #2 worldwide in the silicon-based power semiconductor market and have been supplying silicon wafers to GaN-on-Si applications for many years with an optimized intrinsic property allowing the wafers performing the best in the followed GaN epitaxy and device processing. In addition to his CTO jobs, Dr. Lee has been giving lectures at National Tsing-Hua University and Chung-Yuan Christian University in Chinese Taiwan as an adjunct assistant professor for years to incubate young people who can be expected to do great contribution in future semiconductor world. |
