个人简介 / Biography Mr. Zhen Zhu is a Process Specialist of atomic layer deposition (ALD) at Beneq, a leading provider of ALD equipment and solutions. He joined Beneq in 2011. His main tasks in Beneq are process development, technical support and service related to the ALD industry. Zhen is a Ph.D. candidate at Aalto University and has over 30 publications in journals and conferences. Before joining in Beneq Oy, he worked many years in various technical positions across academics and industry in China and Finland. Mr. Zhu holds a Master degree in Micro and Nanosciences (2009) from Helsinki University of Technology (Finland) and a Bachelor degree in Applied Physics (2004) from Jinan University (China). |
