个人简介 / Biography 张中英博士毕业于台湾成功大学电机系，专长是化合物半导体材料、有机金属气相磊晶及LED器件；在LED产业有20多年的资历，发表专利、论文数十篇；担任国家科技部、工信部等科研项目负责人，目前担任三安光电股份有限公司 副总经理兼氮化镓事业群总经理。 Dr. Chang, Chung-Ying graduated from the Department of Electrical Machinery, Chenggong University of Taiwan, specializing in compound semiconductor materials、Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition and LED devices. He has more than 20 years' experience in LED industry, has published dozens of patents and papers in GaN field. He is the head of scientific research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and currently serves as the deputy general manager and general manager of GaN business group of Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. |
