Based on KPCB Internet Trends report, from 2013 to 2014 the global smart phone revenue increased 20%, pad market increased 52%, and the mobile usage increased 81%! It is predicted that the total number of mobile internet devices may exceed 10 billion. The technology evolution of semiconductor has been the enabling factor of the mobile internet, people can do more with less resource, and the devices are getting more and more affordable. What is the new requirement to the semiconductor technology? How to bring such requirements to reality? What kind of business model is required for the organic growth of the mobile internet industry?
