讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. SONG Dengyuan received his Ph.D. degree in Photovoltaic Engineering from UNSW in Australia, and is a professor, doctoral supervisor and a chief scientist of the national "863" science and technology development program. Dr Song has more than 35 years of experience in the research and development of solar cells, silicon materials and semiconductor photovoltaic devices. Dr. Song is now a chief technology officer in Das Solar Co., Ltd, leading R&D in crystalline Si solar cell and module technology of mass production. He is also a chairmen of the SEMI China PV Standards Technical Committee and a member of IEC technical committee TC82. Dr. Song has published and presented over 260 papers in scientific and technical journals and at various PV industry conferences, and is a co-inventor on 48 patents. |
