Peter Ventzek manages the Concept and Feasibility Lab at Tokyo Electron America, Inc. in Austin Texas where he is also a Senior Member of Technical Staff. He is an AVS Fellow and winner of the 2013 AVS Plasma Prize. Active in various societies and international conferences, Peter has served as chair of AVS Plasma Science and Technology Division and the Gaseous Electronics Conference. In addition to having held various director level and management positions throughout the industry, he was a member of faculty at Hokkaido University and Keio University in Japan. Peter is an author of over 85 refereed scholarly publications and has 45 granted US patents. His recent research interests include the advancement of fundamental plasma process science through the use of first principles based simulation methods, for post 3 nm device fabrication. |
