Dr. Hao Jiang

Dr. Hao Jiang is currently working as a professor of Mechanical Science and Engineering School at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received his Ph.D. degree in 2011 at Florida Tech and started his appointment with the University of Texas at Arlington right after his Ph. D. program. Prior to the ultimate education, he had five years working experience in industrial companies such as TRANE as a senior embedded software engineer for control system. In Oct. 2014, He started the appointment with HUST, with the research mainly being focused on optical metrology and instrumentation. Dr. Jiang had the research experience in several different disciplines, such as flexible rocket attitude and bending vibration control, structure fluid interactions. His current research interests are focusing on the Nanoscale metrology and optical instrumentation. He had 9 research proposals being successfully granted by research agencies such as Texas Medical Research Collaborative, NSFC, MOST, as well as industrial companies. Totally, He have published 65 journal papers and filed 18 patents.
