Prof. Ji-Hoon Ahn received the the B.S. degree and Ph.D degree in Department of Materials Science and Engineering from Yonsei University and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He is currently an associate professor of Department of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering, Hanyang University, Ansan, Korea. Prior to his current position, he worked as a senior researcher at SK Hynix and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology for 5 years. And then, he worked as a research fellow at the Center for Artificial Low Dimensional Electronic Systems of Institute for Basic Science. His current research interests involve the design and fabrication of nanoscale electronic materials and devices, especially dielectric/ferroelectric thin films and 2-dimensional materials for next generation semiconductor based devices.
