Mr. Allen Liu received his B.S. degree and MS degree with a major in Applied Chemistry and Condensed Matter Physics from Fudan University. Now he is R&D Program Manager in IMEC, to develop 14nm/10nm/7nm FINFET processes with Semiconductor Foundries in China area, and help customer for path-finding of 5nm&below 5nm logic process; Also for technical marketing for logic/memory leading technologies.
Prior to IMEC (2015), Mr. Allen Liu has ever conducted varied management and technical positions in Globalfoundries (USA/Germany/Singapore) for 11 years and SMIC (Shanghai) for 2 years, responsible for integration developments of logic 0.18um/0.13um/65nm/ 45nm/28nm/14nm/10nm.
Mr. Allen Liu holds 6 US/2 EU patents, and has authored or co-authored 12 technical papers, published in refereed IEEE journals.
