Symposium VIII: More than Moore and Emerging Semiconductor Technologies

We are soliciting papers on all aspects of emerging semiconductor technologies that do not simply follow the Moore’s law scaling but rather provide functional diversifications, such as MEMS, sensors, optoelectronics, flexible electronics. Novel device concepts that operate differently from typical charge-based transistors are also welcome, such as spintronic devices, quantum devices, etc.

Solicited topics including but not limited to:
•  MEMS and NEMS
•  Sensors and bioelectronics
•  Optoelectronics and photonic devices
•  Flexible, stretchable, and wearable electronics
•  Organic and plastic semiconductor devices
•  Spintronic and quantum devices
•  Other emerging semiconductor technologies
