Prof. Qianqian Huang is currently a Full Professor with Tenure in the School of Integrated Circuits at Peking University. She received her B.Sc. and PhD. from Peking University in 2010 and 2015 respectively. Her research interests are in the area of emerging low-power devices for diverse applications, in particular tunnel devices and ferroelectric devices. She has authored/co-authored more than 100 technical papers in international journals and conferences and held more than 70 granted patents. She was the recipient of Chang Jiang Scholar (2023), the 18th Chinese Young Women in Science Award (2022), Qiu Shi Outstanding Young Scholar Award (2020), Xplorer Prize (2020), IEEE EDS Early Career Award (2019) and National Science Foundation of China for Excellent Young Scientists (2018). She is now the member of IEEE EDS Women in Engineering Committee and IEEE EDS Membership and Services Committee, and also serves as the committee member of several journals and conferences.
