Cheng Zhuo is a Qiushi Distinguished Professor at Zhejiang University. He currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits and Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Interdisciplinary Education of Integrated Circuits at Zhejiang University. His research interests include integrated circuit design, electronic design automation (EDA), and artificial intelligence algorithms and systems. He has published over 200 papers in the fields of artificial intelligence and integrated circuits, and has received seven Best Paper Awards from prestigious international journals and conferences, including IEEE TCAD (2026), ICCAD (2024), and ASP-DAC (2023 and 2024). He serves or has served on the editorial boards of journals such as IEEE TCAD and ACM TODAES, and as Chair of the ACM SIGDA East China Chapter. He has received numerous honors, including the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and the Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award in the AI Chip category.
