Background and Qualification
Ho-Kyu Kang has joined Samsung Electronics, Semiconductor Division since 1985. Currently, as an Executive Vice President of Technology, he leads the Process Development Team of Semiconductor R&D Centre, focusing on advanced memory and logic process technology development. He has authored or co-authored over 80 international papers and holds 8 U.S. patents.
