Digital Twin (DT) technology in semiconductor factory operations is the trend of future. Digital Twins (DT) are a key technology for transforming the semiconductor industry, that provide benefits such as increased productivity, streamlined production processes, intelligent coordination of work between different departments and companies, reduced product defects, and predictive maintenance for equipment plants, packaged test plants, and others with factory operations. Digital Twins (DTS) are currently in the early stages. Future topics include creating models and using receipt data.
