On July 14, 2021, the European Commission formally proposed the establishment of the EU's "carbon border adjustment mechanism", namely carbon tariff. In November of the same year, China proposed the dual carbon strategy of striving to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060. The demand for sustainable development of enterprises has entered the fast lane, facing the pressure and challenge of low carbon. The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) noted in a report published in March 2021, before 2050,Globally planned investment in renewable energy must increase by 30 per cent to $131 trillion. According to the current global carbon emissions, China accounts for about a third of global carbon emissions today and needs about $40 trillion in future investment . The demand market brought by enterprise sustainable development is over a hundred trillion dollars, bringing huge opportunities to low-carbon technology enterprises.
