Dr. Liping Zhang is currently a R&D engineer at imec in Belgium. His research interest is focused on advanced patterning and process integration for various applications including flash memory, photonics, interconnect and 2D/3D logic devices. Since 2012, he has authored more than 40 technical publications and conference presentations in the area of semiconductor processing. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from KU Leuven and imec. Prior to that, he graduated from Dalian University of Technology with his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree.
