Dr. Xin Ou is a researcher of the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He is the director of the Lab of Si-based Materials and Integrated Devices, and he is the principal of the major project of NSFC and the National Key Research and Development Program of China. His research interest are Heterogeneous integrated materials and devices, eg. 5G RF acoustic filter, optical devices and so on. He has published more than 200 SCI/EI papers and hold more than 80 authorized patents. Prof. Dr. Xin Ou was selected as the “National high-level leading talents” and won the “Science and Technology Award for Chinese Youth”. |
