Zhuo-Jie Wu joined HFC semiconductor in 2023. Prior to that, Dr. Wu was with IBM, USA and then Globalfoundries, USA for 10 years. He worked on silicon photonics, leading edge CMOS and advanced packaging for server, ASICs and RFSOI. He has published over 40 papers and filed over 40 patent applications.
Dr. Wu received the B.S. degree in applied physics and the M.S. degree in condensed matter physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in physics from The University of Texas at Austin, USA, in 2013.
