Dr. Keezer is a Chair professor of Information Science and Technology at the Eastern Institute for Advanced Study (EIAS) in Ningbo, China. Before joining EIAS in 2022, he was a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology (for 27 years) and is currently Professor emeritus. Dr. Keezer is an alumnus of the University of California at Berkeley, Caltech, and Carnegie-Mellon University. He has published over 250 peer-reviewed articles and is an IEEE Fellow (since 2010). He has worked in industry for Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), Intel Corp., IBM, and Harris Corp. His current research focuses on the development of electronics testing methods for high speed (GHz-THz) digital ICs and systems.
