Mr. Ray Saupe

After graduating as an electrical engineer (specializing in communications engineering) in 2001, Ray Saupe worked at the Center for Microtechnologies at Chemnitz University of Technology before joining Fraunhofer in 2006. He has managed and worked in several national and international research projects. His work focuses on the development of various MEMS-based optical systems, in particular spectral measurement systems for the visible and infrared spectral range. This includes application-specific developments for process measurement, quality control and biological topics.
