Zhiqiang Wei received the B.S. degree from Huazhong
University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1996, and Ph.D. degrees
from the Department of Solid State Electronics, Osaka University, Osaka, Japan,
in 2003 respectively. In 2003, He joined Panasonic, Osaka, where he engaged in
the development of resistive memory. He is currently a Chief Engineer with
Panasonic semiconductor solutions Company, Ltd, in charge of developing the resistance
switching physical model and reliability model of ReRAM for quality control of
Panasonic’s ReRAM production.
