Dr. Fei Wang received the Ph.D. degree in computer architecture from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2009. He is currently a professor at School of Integrated Circuits, Shandong University, China. His research interests include VLSI design, test and diagnosis, especially on RSIC-V and memory processor design and system verification.
