Dr. Yunlong Li is a full professor at the School of Micro-Nano Electronics, Zhejiang University, China. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Precision Instrument from Tsinghua University, China, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium. Prior to joining Zhejiang University, Dr. Li held managerial and R&D positions at imec, Belgium from 2002 to 2022, working on various projects/topics on unit process, process integration, and reliability. His current research interests include advanced BEOL technology, advanced 3D stacking and chiplet technology, and novel device/component integration development using CMOS fab compatible technologies.
