SEMICON China 2026 Safety Measurament

★Exhibitors and contractors are responsible for ensuring that everyone are issued with appropriate PPE for their work activities.

★According to the venue requirement, all indoor single-story raw space booths must fill out and submit Form 10-A (Building Approval for Indoor Stand Design) to complete the review of the booth. Only after passing the review, the booth could be built up on-site.

★All raw space exhibitors must assign a full-time employee to be the safety construction manager to coordinate safety construction and monitor the entire working process, including, without limitation construction according to the drawings, safety production, and on-site rectification, etc. Please finish and return the Form 3 (Safety Construction Manager Registration Form).

★All raw space exhibitors must rent and install alarm devices. For more information and price details, please refer to the Alarm Device Notification.

★All raw space exhibitor's contractor must submit the contractor's license. The electrician must has the electrician certificate and the copied documents should be the same as the electrician operating on the show site.

★Exhibitors who rent raw space can appoint their own contractors to set up the booth. Please ensure you and your contractor read and observe all the rules & regulations in the 《Safety Construction Guideline》. For details please refer to EAC Inspection & Move-in Process or Section 5 in Exhibitor Service Manual.

★SNIEC will send staffs to booths to ensure booth facilities are completely and properly installed. If the number of correctly connected booths in the current exhibition hall reaches more than 50% of the total, Alarm Device have been installed, SNIEC will provide the power.
T0-T4, the power will be provided normally by 2:00p.m, March 23, 2026.
N1-N5, E6-E7, the power will be provided normally by 10:00a.m, March 24, 2026.

★All raw space exhibitors must return the EAC Form (Form 2) to MEGA EXPO prior to Jan. 23, 2026. Exhibitor who contracted Raw Space in SEMICON China 2026 are subjected to a Hall Management Fee (RMB 23/sqm) per rules published by SNIEC. EAC shall finish online application before Feb. 13, 2026 including but not limit to submitting safety documents, design checking, facility ordering and finishing payment of facility ordering and deposit.

★The maximum height for N1-N5, E6-E7 raw space stand structure is 4.4 meters, and for T0-T4 raw space stand structure is 4 meters, two-story booths are not permitted in Hall T.

★Back Wall Construction Guideline for Raw Booth
All raw booths, except island configurations, must provide a full back wall, minimum of 2.4 meters (8”) in height. All exposed walls must be finished on all sides at the expense of the exhibitor who owns the walls. All exposed wall areas or exposed structures must be covered by white PVC cloth without any break, contamination, graphics or texts. If the back wall did not meet the above requirements, penalty will be deducted from the construction deposit.

★During the exbition, Non degradable plastic bags is forbidden onsite.
