Booth Approval:
All raw space exhibitors must return the EAC Form (Form 2) and booth design drawings for Mega Expo Co., Ltd. Shanghai approval before move-in time. The booth set up height restriction is 4m.
Booth Weight：
The floor is paved with wood and the static load-bearing is 800KG per square meter, and has been able to satisfy the display for general equipment，but additional assessment and deliberations must be made in the case of large-scale machineries and equipment entries. Please provide the size and weight of the equipment to [email protected] that you will bring on-site to SEMI before Jan 22th, 2021.
Transportation:
“Parking Permit” and “Queueing Number” must be obtained before driving vehicles into the loading areas to load and unload the goods. Security staffs are authorized to stop those who fail to follow the guidance from entering. For detail information, you can refer to “Queueing Number & Parking Permit Notice” .
“Queueing Number” is charged at RMB 70/vehicle, which need to be paid online.
“Parking Permit” is charged at RMB 50/vehicle with a RMB 300 deposit. The refund of the deposit is based on the presentation of the “Parking Permit” as well as the deposit receipt after the timely completion of the loading. Any loss or damage of the “Parking Permit” will be fined at RMB 50 per pass.
The time limit for loading is 1.5 hours; overtime charge will be assessed at RMB100 for every half hour (the overtime charge for less than half an hour is also RMB 100).
Facilities apply：
For the facilities onsite about Electrical, Water and Compressed air, please apply to Mega Expo Co., Ltd. Shanghai before Feb 10th, 2021. And also please provide Location Plan to mark the location about the facilities and equipment. Once confirmed, the show site will not accept moving the location and additional order on-site.
