Dr. Chang CHEN, director and program director of Department of Life Science & Technology of SITRI, part-time professor of SIMIT, and guest researcher of KU Leuven. He was a senior researcher at imec and a visiting postdoc at Stanford University, received a PhD from KU Leuven. He has published more than 50 journal papers and 10 patents. Dr. Chen is interested on developing CMOS-compatible and scalable chip technologies with bio- photonic and electronic integrated circuits. Such developed technologies can be used in many application scenarios, like non-invasive subcutaneous diagnosis, neuron sciences, cell/molecular detection and imaging, genome sequencing, DNA digital storage and etc. |
